Placing an order at Canco Canada is easy. You can place your order:

At Canco Shop, ordering is fast and easy! Simply follow the steps below to complete your purchase online.

1. Go to www.cancoshop.ca and browse or search for the items you'd like to order and add them to your shopping. When you're ready to purchase, click "Checkout" button.
2. If you already have a Canco Shop online account, just sign in. Or, if you are a new customer, you'll need to “Register” and create your online account with Canco Shop.
3. Indicate where you want to ship your order to and select a shipping method
4. On the "Payment" page, select a payment method.
5. Before completing your order, review your payment method and shipping address on the "Place Your Order" page. To make any changes, just click the "Edit" button next to the item you wish to change.
6. When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Place Your Order" button . The "Thank You - We've Received Your Order" page confirms that we will be processing your order shortly.

If you want to order an item, click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button at the top of the product detail section. There are many different ways to find out if your order went through - we'll confirm your order details once you submit your order, as well as via email. Here's how it works:

Once you select the "Checkout" button in your Shopping cart and sign-in to your online account, you will be guided through a simple step-by-step checkout process. You know you're just about finished placing your order when you see the Place Your Order page. Simply check to make sure that all the information is correct on this page, and then click the " Submit Order " button. You will then be taken to our Thank You page, which confirms that you have successfully completed your order and that we will process it shortly.
Please note: If you are paying for your order using a credit card and we encounter difficulties authorizing your card for the purchase, you will be notified by e-mail. Credit card authorization failures will prevent your order from being processed.

Immediately after successfully placing an order online, you'll receive an email confirming that you have placed an order with Canco Shop.

Several hours later, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing your complete order details and the order number assigned to your purchase. Please save this e-mail - your order number is an important reference number in the event that you have questions or concerns regarding your order.

When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain your shipping details and courier tracking information.

How quickly your order will arrive depends on three things: item availability, shipping method and the date ordered. For instance, some items are available to ship within 24 hours, while others may not be immediately available. Some shipping methods are faster than others. As well, orders placed on a Monday usually ship faster than orders placed on a Friday, since Friday is followed by the weekend.
